Sarah Elimam joined CIRANO in 2022. She is in charge of relations with academic partners and pilots a number of special projects, including those related to CIRANO's Global Economy theme and the Pôle en science des données pour les échanges commerciaux et le transport intermodal.
Sarah benefits from a ten-year career in the non-profit sector, as well as at the Ministère de Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec (MRIF) and the Caisse de dépôt et de placements du Québec (CDPQ).
She holds a Master's degree in Political Science from UQÀM, and her research has focused on East Asia, the relationship between corruption and development, corruption and political regimes, and state-society relations in the political-economic sphere.
