The Claude Montmarquette Experimental Economics Laboratory was set up in 2000, thanks to the participation of Bell University Laboratories and the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI). CIRANO researchers and collaborators have conducted more than 800 experimental sessions to date, with the participation of students mainly from the surrounding Montreal universities.
