The aim of this project was to support Quebec's pre-hospital emergency services (PHES) in their digital transformation. More specifically, it involved making an inventory of the technological systems and tools currently in use within SPUs across the province, conducting interviews and a documentary review to map the state of play in terms of the various regional organizational situations and practices, identifying best practices in the prehospital services sector in the digital age, and then proposing policy options to meet government objectives for digital transformation in the Quebec healthcare sector.
