Thierry Warin (HEC Montréal and CIRANO Fellow), William Sanger (Polytechnique Montréal) and Romain Le Duc (CIRANO), accompanied by Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin, President and Chief Executive Officer of CIRANO, were welcomed at the Bank of the Republic of Haiti on May 3, 2018. Their presentation was titled "Transformations globales et nouveaux risques" (Global Transformations and New Risks). This also provided a venue to recap the activities of CIRANO, Mondo.international, and the Observatoire de la Francophonie économique (OFÉ).
