Presentation of the Digital Competency Index (DCI) Self-Assessment Tool at PMI-Montréal's Innovation Event

On June 10, 2025, Simon Bourdeau, professor at Université du Québec à Montréal, CIRANO researcher and Fellow, and Sylvie Leduc took part in PMI-Montréal’s Innovation Event to present the Digital Competency Index (DCI) Self-Assessment Tool.

Developed through a partnership between ESG+ and Croix-Bleue, in collaboration with CIRANO, this free online tool allows organizations to assess their teams’ digital competencies based on six key dimensions:

• Digital literacy

• Digital self-efficacy and inventiveness

• Collaborative work in the digital age

• Digital adaptability and flexibility

• Information literacy – Analytical maturity

• Digital hygiene
