Benoit Dostie appointed Director of the Retirement and Savings Institute (RSI) at HEC Montréal

The Retirement and Savings Institute (RSI) at HEC Montréal is entering a new phase of development with the appointment of Benoit Dostie as its Director.

A CIRANO Researcher and Fellow, Professor at HEC Montréal and holder of the Power Corporation of Canada Chair in the Dynamics of Employment Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Benoit Dostie succeeds Pierre-Carl Michaud, also a CIRANO Researcher and Fellow, who held the position for the past eight years.

Pierre-Carl Michaud will continue his involvement with the RSI as a researcher, notably in his capacity as holder of the Jacques Parizeau Chair in Economic Policy, and will remain actively engaged in the Institute’s work.

CIRANO extends its congratulations to Benoit Dostie on his appointment and highlights the significant contribution of Pierre-Carl Michaud to the leadership of the RSI, in recognition of their respective roles in advancing research and supporting the Institute’s mission.
