An article in CIRANO's PERSPECTIVES journal by Julien Martin, professor at ESG UQAM, Sophie Bernard, professor at Polytechnique Montréal, both CIRANO Fellows, in collaboration with Florence Lapointe, master's student at Polytechnique Montréal, is the subject of an article in Policy Options.
