Charles Séguin, professor at the Department of Economics at ESG UQAM and CIRANO researcher, has been appointed as a member of the Advisory Committee on Climate Change.

The mission of this committee is to advise the minister responsible for the fight against climate change, both in terms of adapting to climate change and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. In this way, it contributes to accelerating the transition by proposing opinions and recommendations that feed decision-making and public policy development.
