Issues concerning the impact of technological innovation on the labour market and the resulting changes in the demand for skills have been around for a long time, but they have been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. This is why this 10th edition of Le Québec économique, in line with CIRANO's annual research theme, focuses on workers' skills and on the transformation of the labour market.
