On March 25, Audrey Murray, President of the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (CPMT), Genevieve Dufour, Director of Major Collaborative Projects at CIRANO and Coordinator of the book Le Québec économique 9 : Perspectives et défis de la transformation numérique, and Andrée-Anne Deschênes, Professor in Human Resources Management at the Université du Québec à Rimouski, discussed the theme of digital skills and continuing education..

This lunchtime conference was part of the webinar "Digital Transformation: Challenges and Opportunities for Business, Training and the Future", organized by the Service de la formation continue de l'UQAR, Entrepreneuriat UQAR and Accent numérique, with the financial support of the Regroupement des CPA de Chaudière-Appalaches.

Pierre Cléroux, Vice President, Research and Chief Economist at Business Development Bank of Canada, author of Chapter 1 "The pandemic is holding back a growing economy" of Le Québec économique 9, spoke at the lunchtime conference on post-pandemic trends, challenges and opportunities, alongside Minister Marie-Ève Proulx, Minister of Regional Economic Development and Minister responsible for the Chaudière-Appalaches and Bas-Saint-Laurent regions, and Julien Lambrey-De Souza, Director of UQAR's Continuing Education Department.
