Frédéric Marty, Researcher at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), CIRANO Associate Researcher, joins the Collège of the Autorité de la concurrence (College of the Competition Authority) (France) as a qualified person in the regulated professions.

He will sit as part of the sessions on the adoption of opinions on regulated professions. He will contribute to the Authority's specific tasks relating to the freedom of establishment of notaries, judicial bailiffs and judicial auctioneers. By the end of the year, the Authority is expected to deliver two opinions on regulated professions, one on the freedom of establishment of bailiffs and the other on the freedom of establishment of judicial auctioneers.
