The mandate of the Committee of Clinical Excellence is to contribute to ensuring the scientific rigor, as well as the professional and social acceptability of the productions of the Institut national d’excellence en santé et en services sociaux (INESSS).

Ms Borgès Da Silva, CIRANO Fellow, is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Nursing at the Université de Montréal. She holds a Masters in Econometrics and a Ph.D. in Public Health.
