Marcel Boyer, CIRANO Fellow, and his co-author, Nathalie Elgrably-Lévy, are on the Shorlist 2014-2015 for their book Réinventer le Québec : Douze chantiers à entreprendre, published by Éditions Stanké. The Donner Prize rewards excellence and innovation in public policy writing by Canadians.

The winner of this year’s Donner Prize will be announced at an awards ceremony in Toronto on Wednesday, April 29, 2015.
