On 3 April, Marcel Boyer (Université de Montréal, CIRANO) was invited to join renowned experts David Anthoff (University of California, Berkeley), Michael Greenstone (University of Chicago, CEPR) and Christian Gollier (Toulouse School of Economics, EAERE, and CEPR) to discuss the new guidelines on cost-benefit analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis of federal expenditures issued by the U.S. Government’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
