The initiative « En avant math! », made possible by a financial support from the Ministère des Finances du Québec to the CIRANO and the CRM, aims at promoting mathematical sciences and increasing the level of numeracy of the Quebec population as well as developing and supporting the interest of young people from preschool to university in mathematical sciences.

Within the framework of this project, a third call for field activities has been launched in order to subsidize activities aimed at various audiences in different regions of Quebec whether at the preschool, elementary school, high school, college and university, including parent-child activities and activities for the general public.

The grants allocated can support programs or activities already in place or new programs or activities. Projects submitted will be evaluated by a committee during two competitions that will be held in January and June 2023.
