The book «Droit bancaire et financier, Mélanges AEDBF - France VIII» will be released on February 3rd. This eighth volume of the Mélanges AEDBF collection offers a very diversified approach of banking and financial law. It includes numerous articles, both practical and substantive, written by professionals (lawyers, bank lawyers, members of supervisory or regulatory authorities) or academics, on the themes of banking law, corporate law, financial market law, new technologies and FinTech, compliance, procedures, financial criminal law and taxation.

It's under the direction of Bertrand Bréhier that these 44 articles and their 51 authors have been gathered, including Frédéric Marty, Research Fellow at the CNRS, Research Group in Law, Economics and Management (GREDEG) of the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis and CIRANO Associate Researcher, co-author of the chapter «A comparison of sanctions in financial law, personal data law and competition law» (with the participation of Hugues BOUTHINON-DUMAS and W. Gregory VOSS).
