The conference focused on the results of the 2017 edition of the Baromètre CIRANO. This latest edition presents the perceptions of the population on 44 issues grouped into 10 main themes: natural risks, environmental risks and those related to energy resources, industrial risks, risks related to technological innovations, risks related to public health, risks related to the health system, risks related to security, risks related to transport infrastructures, economic and financial risks and finally risks related to the management of public projects. Comparative analyses over the last 5 years were also presented since the Baromètre CIRANO is the result of surveys administered by Léger since 2011 with a sample of 1,000 respondents representative of the Quebec population.
