The adéquation formation-emploi table of the Regional Council of Labor Market Partners (CRPMT) of Montreal is organizing a day of discussions focused on the theme "Workforce development at the heart of the green, digital and demographic". This event has been hold on Tuesday, October 17 2023 at the University of Montreal.
This day was an opportunity to take stock of the evolving skills needs of the current and future workforce, as well as the priorities for developing the training offer in the context of a changing world. where environmental, economic, technological and demographic issues require us to review our ways of doing things.
Benoit Dostie, CIRANO researcher and Fellow since 2001, co-head of the CIRANO Pole on the Socio-economic Impacts of Digital Intelligence and principal investigator of the Skills theme, participated in the opening conference “Impact of transitions on the digital intelligence market work” and in the panel “Exchange of experts on the impacts of green, digital and demographic transitions in different spheres of activity”.
