The Government of Quebec tabled a new edition of the Quebec Research and Innovation Strategy. In this context, it seemed relevant and necessary to develop performance indicators to measure the progress of innovation in our companies, organizations and ecosystems. This is why ADRIQ, CIRANO and the Quebec Innovation Council have joined forces to organize this Forum. Through this Forum on innovation indicators, we wanted to initiate a reflection and dialogue between researchers and practitioners in order to bring about certain avenues of reflection that will feed into the various projects dealing with the evaluation of innovation performance in Quebec. This is an important first step in proposing an Indicator Barometer.
