| Martin Boyer, CIRANO fellow, has been nominated as Designated President of the American Risk and Insurance Association (ARIA) |
| L’ARIA is the largest worldwide association to center his studies in the different insurance markets and the company risk management. Since this organization is born 85 years ago, Martin Boyer becomes the second president outside of the U.S.A to hold this position. Mr. Boyer is teacher at the HEC Montréal since 1997 and holds a professorship on the economical behaviors on the insurance and finance domains.

| For the second year in a row, le CIRANO is pleased to announce the launch of the ‘Défi Politique budgétaire, édition 2017-2018’. Its goal is to bring students’ teams to find innovative and rigorous solutions to the actual public politics issues. This edition is organized under the supervision of the teacher Dalibor Stevanovic, Fellow CIRANO and also teacher to the Economical sciences, department of UQAM. |
